Just like to send a “Shout Out” to Daniel & the team for completing a superb job on our new stone counter top in our new kitchen in Gnangara. His workmanship was precise & professional! Despite numerous hiccups during a very busy time of year, the finished product of my kitchen benchtop is beautiful.The company went above and beyond to make up for any issues by coming by with gifts of apology after the project was complete.Cassandra and Sarah in the office are incredible and very responsive to issues and concerns.

The entire team at Granite World was fantastic at helping throughout all stages of the process, from the initial quote to troubleshooting problems to the final installation. Iva was excellent at problem solving when external issues arose and I greatly appreciate all of her support along the way! Their prices were competitive compared to other installers, and they were able to move very swiftly with the installation too - would strongly recommend them.

This was a drawn out affair in getting the benchtop as I work away from home and so that made things difficult for Iva and her team but they were super patient and extremely flexible with meThe benchtop itself is just wonderful and the measurements were absolutely spot-on. The walls were not truly square and that was taken into account when measuring for the benchtop. When installed there was scarcely any gap at all and when we completed it with silicone so it just looked amazing. The polished areas look great and the cut-outs for the sinks and taps were perfectly lined upThe price was remarkable and I paid less for this double vanity benchtop than I did for a shorter one bought from another supplier BUT this benchtop was also installed onto the vanity as part of the purchase price by Iva's team which was just remarkable and represents unbelievable valueDid I also mention that they are just great people to deal with.....? Hugely recommended and I will certainly be back as and when I am upgrading the bathrooms in my new propertyThanks Iva and Granite World

Granite World were at first appearances extremely helpful with providing us with a bathroom cabinet stone benchtop. We picked a stone weeks before our bathroom was due to be renovated, and let them know 10 days before they needed to do a measure. On the day of the measure they advised they were unable to make it and were unresponsive. Ultimately they suggested we go elsewhere - leaving us to call around other suppliers to measure, cut and install a stone top within 4 days of our builder leaving site. Luckily Beyondstone came to the rescue!

Absolutely fantastic experience dealing with Granite world. Tiff in the office was very helpful, full of ideas and suggestions. Daniel did a thorough job of getting the measurements just right and accommodated us with all of our requests. The install team was excellent and very thorough. I looked around for suppliers and installers for months and am so pleased that I picked Granite world - I thoroughly recommend this team!

At first we thought we thought we had struck a great deal. Paid deposit but nothing after! Took three separate days off to have templates made with all three missed without so much as a phone call to apologise. On eventual attendance, we could not unfortunately proceed as expected but offered an alternative (overlay), but later stated even this could not be done then said it could be done. Credit where due though - the easiest thing was getting our deposit back.
